Ok fine, summer is over.

In August, we went to an outdoor movie UVA sponsored on the football field. We thought Josh would like it since it was Toy Story 3 but he was more interested in running around the huge field. It makes sense really. So we didn't stay the whole time but it was really fun.

We went to the pool this summer right up until it closed Labor Day weekend. We went to the outlets in Williamsburg and went to Short Pump mall a few times. We enjoyed the last bit of summer together before Brandon got busy again at work with sports starting up again in the Fall.

Josh started using a booster seat instead of his high chair. He is growing up in so many ways. He learned to open doors. He says almost every animal sound and a lot of words. He can do a lot of things by himself. He even had ice cream for the first time.

He climbs all over everything. His favorite foods right now are frozen bananas, cucumbers, eggs, toast, waffles, and smoothies. He loves shape sorters and is so good at them. He also still loves reading books. He loves legos and pushing around his shopping cart. He loves to play outside and throw the ball and run around. He loves helping me in the kitchen and helping me clean up. He's a pro at laundry. Seriously.

Josh and Winnie have so much fun together. They chase each other around, play peek-a-boo, share toys, share snacks, feed each other, gives lots of hugs, tickle each other, teach other words and tricks, and crack each other up. It's so fun to watch them together.
