Brandon and I celebrated our three year wedding anniversary this weekend. Brandon took me to the Zermatt resort in Midway. It's Swiss-themed and it's a really pretty resort. They have a miniature golf course so we went mini-golfing. Then we ate a really yummy dinner at one of the restaurants there, Matty's Bistro. Then we got some gelato at the bakery there, Backerei & Eis.
The next morning we ate a buffet breakfast and then went and visited the goats they have there. The whole atmosphere really feels like you're in Switzerland or something. The resort is surrounded by hills and feels so cozy. Even the hotel workers wore Swiss-themed outfits. It was really fun. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, anyone can go mini-golfing, visit the goats, ride the carousel, get some gelato and other really yummy treats (like cannolis!) at their bakery, and eat at their restaurants so if you're looking for something fun to do, go there!
After we checked out of the hotel we went shopping at the outlets in Park City. Brandon-- thanks for another amazing year of marriage and for planning a wonderful anniversary!-Amy

Congratulations on your 3rd year together. Sounds like a great retreat. I've never even heard of it.
