Planet Snoopy is where all the kids rides are and we spent the morning doing that with the kids and Josh and I went on the log ride. Then we went back out to the car to eat lunch and change into swimsuits. Then we headed to the water park to swim and do the lazy river. The kids had so much fun swimming in all the different swimming pools they have-- kiddie pools, wave pools, etc.
Then we took turns taking Josh on a roller coaster that he was barely tall enough for and he LOVED it! So we went on that few times and then went on a few more kid rides on our way out of the park.
After leaving the park we drove about 30 minutes to a Q Barbecue around 7 or 7:30pm and boy did that
meal hit the spot since we were all sooo famished from a long day
walking around in the sun. We drove the rest of the way home and slept well that night. We had so much
fun but were tuckered out.
The next day was Brandon's birthday so we went to Short Pump mall to do a little shopping, walking around, and dinner at Cheesecake Factory.
Happy 31st to this hunky man of mine who lives to make me happy, kids come 2nd ;-). He's the best friend, husband, and father. He looks for ways to make my life easier and better even when I don't deserve it. He makes us all feel special and loved. He is patient, kind, creative, talented, kind, adorable, hilarious and the coolest cat around. Thanks for letting the servers sing happy birthday to you, even though it was the last thing in the world you wanted to happen. So selfless ;-)
