Carving Pumpkins

I wasn't worried about the kids getting pumpkin guts on their clothes, I just love an excuse to put these cute aprons on them that my mom made for them. They're not the type to dive into something slimy anyway for some weird reason ;-). They were more interested in using knives to slice up the pumpkins so I was pretty much on my own to search out all the pumpkin seeds to bake.
