Our new house!

We love our new house sooooo much. It's roomy for us, space is used great, it's a split level with 4 different levels so none of the rooms feel that far away but everyone can have their own space if that makes sense. It's been really fun for me to decorate and set up house. It's such a great feeling to feel settled and feel ownership with this house we are so in love with.

Here's the front of the house:

This is the kitchen/play room room where we spend most of our time. We mainly eat at the island but occasionally have family meals at the dining table. The dining table is now mainly used for art projects, lego building, board games, puzzles, etc.

If you go down a level from the main level there's the den and around the corner a built-in bookshelf and game closet play area.

A bathroom and a laundry room:

Down another little flight of stairs is Josh and Emma's room:

Down a little hall is a walk-in closet on the left, 2 big closets on the right, and a small room around the corner that I've turned into a sewing/craft room:

The backyard is a little piece of heaven, it's where we spent all day every day this Spring and spend our free time keeping it up. We all love it.

We also have 5 fruit trees and a corner with a sandbox.

 We also have lots of beautiful rose bushes, they smell so good!

I found these awesome chairs that typically retail for over $100/each at the thrift store for $10/each:

And got new cushions and outdoor throw pillows:

And found this huge counter-height picnic table for $80 (including delivery which is the worst part)!

Not pictured is a shed that is also so great to have to store lawn equipment, golf clubs, bikes, etc and shelving for garden stuff, lawn games, etc.
