Yesterday I was able to volunteer at the Running with Angels 5K. Pam Hansen is the author of the book Running with Angels which is about her personal struggle and triumph in overcoming obesity. It's such an inspiring story- I definitely recommend the book. She is on the Women's Advisory Council with me. She is an amazing woman who I really admire. She also just wrote the book Finding the Angel Within. The 5K is such a neat event and was a lot of fun to be a part of. My sister Amanda and I were in charge of the water station.Below is a picture of us with Stephanie Fugal who ran the 5K and got 9th place in her age group!
